Overview

We offer physically disabled people in the Dumfries & Galloway area the opportunity to try and hopefully continue to participate in wheelchair racing and race-running. We have a small supply of wheelchair racers, race-runners and other equipment to allow initial participation in these sports. We have have three fully qualified coaches including one who is a wheelchair user. We pride ourselves on our family atmosphere and family members are welcome to come along to the sessions and take advantage of our trackside clubhouse facility.

When we meet:

We meet on Friday evenings between 6:30 and 8:30pm

Equipment:

For wheelchair racing tight fitting sports leggings or joggers and training shoes for race-running.
