Overview
Walking football is designed to help people keep an active lifestyle regardless of their age, as well as getting individuals back playing football who have perviously stopped due to injuries.
As the name suggests, walking football is non-contact and free-kicks are given against those who sprint and jog! To meet demand, there are two session with a differing level of speed to cater for different levels of agility: one of which is this session, which is for intermediates.
