Overview
The British Blind Sport Active at Home Programme launches on Monday 2nd November 2020. This programme will bring you one live session each day during the first week of every month at 6.00 pm.
Mondays: Strength and Tone
Tuesdays: H.I.I.T
Wednesdays: Yoga
Thursdays: Boxercise
Fridays: Pilates
In this Wednesday session we focus on Yoga, which will include gentle and deliberate movements coordinated with your breath.

When we meet:
We meet on Zoom on the first week of every month, Monday - Friday at 6.00pm.
Equipment:
No special equipment is necessary, just a device (computer/laptop/phone/tablet) with access to the internet to participate in the session on, a drink bottle, and yourself!
