Attending the club:
First session is free and they can attend any of the main classes. In this first session information is given for payment options depending on how often the individual wants to train. We also do private one on one sessions which have been very popular with students who have individual needs such as autism and down syndrome. We also have a bi-monthly four week adult course that has proven very popular given new students a reference to how they will do within the main class
Equipment:
for the first sessions they can wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise. Once you join the association we require you to have an official Tang Soo Do suit which you can purchase at our gym. No equipment needed at the start. However as you progress more equipment is needed such as sparring gear (again this is provided to students if they do not have their own)
Accessibility Information:
It is a ground level facility with no steps, there is parking close to venue with a ramp to the door, we have never had a wheel chair access the building so no idea if it is difficult, bt no obvious problems and in the three years we have no complaints about access. We only have one toilet that is used by everyone, and this is where people get changed as well. It is a very small unit and there is a matted floor that we train on
