Pembroke & Dock Amatuer Boxing Club

Overview

The sport is boxing and will be tailored to your need we also offer other advice on nutrition, personal exercises again tailored to what suits you. It is a Boxercise session run by chairman Chris McEwen
It is a place to laugh, learn, make friends, and get fit.
Our door is open to everybody, come along and give it a go!
We run a free online boxercise session every Thursday on our sister company page @greatbritaindisabilityboxing Facebook page.
This is run by our social media coach Luiz Faye who is also a member of Great Britain Disability Boxing and also runs Kronik Warriors.
