SEATED PILATES
A low impact gentle Pilates class for those who prefer or need the support of a chair. Regular Pilates practise can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.
Pilates sessions designed for individuals who may need the support of a chair or use a wheel chair. No experience needed, there will be a 15 minute window at the end of the session for people to ask questions.

Attending the club:
First step is to visit https://www.rmr-rehabilitation.co.uk/group-exercise-classes, From here you can find out more about the classes we offer and the instructors who run them. We ask that all participants complete a Health questionnaire form so we can safely screen you before starting our classes. Once you have done this you will be a member and will be able to visit all of our website and book a space on one of our classes.
When we meet:
We meet virtually on Wednesday's 1:30 - 2:30pm.
Equipment:
No special equipment needed, apart from a chair!
