Overview

Online seated HIIT session designed to combine cardiovascular, strength and conditioning exercises to create the perfect upper body quick fix workout.

All of the exercises are done from a seated position and can be adapted to suit
varying abilities and fitness levels.

Our members have found the group to be a useful tool to help them remain active and meet new people, as we all try to adapt to the new kind of normality we find ourselves with.

Is there a specific meeting point at the address:

This is an online seated HIIT class to be held on 'Zoom' meeting platform, so we will meet you online!

Equipment:

Internet Connection and access to ‘Zoom’ video calling app/website.
Wheelchair or chair (you must be safe and secured).
Some small dumbbells / egg weights or something similar (tins of beans/bottles).
Water (for hydration).
Boxing gloves/equipment are optional.
If you require in person supervision during exercise, please ensure that this is arranged.

Accessibility Information:

All of the exercises are done from a seated position and can be adapted to suit varying abilities and fitness levels.
Consider it to be boxing moves for the functional benefits and not for the fight!
