Overview
London Futures is a Disability sport and mentoring programme.
The aim of the programme is to help Young People aged 18 to 25 with a Learning Disability or ASD to get into Employment, Education or Training alongside helping Young People not to be isolated and expanding friendship networks in there local community.
The Programme includes a set of challenges which help Young People to learn skills that they will need for employment for example money management and independent travel.
