Overview

Rebound Therapy and Trampolining opportunities for disabled young people and their families, allowing them to enjoy physical recreation in a safe, accessible and understanding environment.

We provide a range of different sessions:
Adult Drop-in sessions: £9 a session paid on the door
Tuesday 12-1pm
Wednesday 2-3pm
Friday 12:30-1:30pm

Child Drop-in Sessions: £9 a session paid on the door
Monday 6-7pm (13- 17 year old)
Wednesday 5-6pm (4-17 year old)
Saturday 1-2pm (4-17 year old)

We also run Children trampolining/rebound therapy class, including soft/sensory play (paid termly/Direct Debit):

4-5pm - 4-6 year olds
5-6pm - 6-12 year olds

Tuesday
4-5pm - 4-6 year olds
5-6pm - 6-12 year olds
6-7pm - 13-18 year olds

Thursday
4-5pm - 4-6 year olds
5-6pm - 6-12 year olds
6-7pm - 6-12 year olds

Saturday
10-11am 6-10 years
12-1pm 6-10 years

You can phone ahead or just turn up!

By rail
Leave Stockport station via the Edgeley exit (by platforms 3 & 4). Walk to the top of the car park and turn right onto King Street West. Continue for 500 metres until the crossroads and turn left on to Wood Street. Walk 150 metres and turn right through the pedestrian bollards; Jump Space is 100 metres on the left hand side, opposite Connolly Motors.

By bus
From Stockport bus station, walk 250 metres under the viaduct along Daw Bank. At the crossroads the road becomes Wood Street; walk another 150 metres before turning right through the pedestrian bollards. Jump Space is 100 metres on the left hand side, opposite Connolly Motors.

By car
From A6 heading towards Manchester: turn on to Exchange Street (second turn after Stockport McDonalds). After 100 metres, turn left onto Daw Bank/Wood Street. Continue to follow Wood Street for 400 metres, passing through a set of traffic lights. Before you reach the large roundabout, stay in the right lane (following signs for Town Centre) and turn right into Chestergate (A560). Continue for 200 metres. Take the third right turn into Hardman Street; Jump Space is located on the right-hand side, opposite Connolly Motors.

From A6 heading towards Hazel Grove/Buxton: turn right at George’s Road (towards Stockport B&Q), and proceed straight across the mini roundabout. At the bottom of the hill turn right at traffic lights, staying in the left hand lane. At the large roundabout take the second exit (signposted Cheadle and Town Centre). Stay in the left lane, and go through one set of traffic lights. At the second set of lights turn left into Chestergate (A560). Take the third right turn into Hardman Street; Jump Space is located on the right-hand side, opposite Connolly Motors.

From M60 motorway: exit the motorway at Junction 1 (A5145) toward Stockport West and Centre. Enter the next roundabout and take fourth exit onto Hollywood Way (A5145). After 300 metres, take the left turn into Chestergate (A560) and continue for another 200 metres. Take the third right turn into Hardman Street; Jump Space is located on the right-hand side, opposite Connolly Motors.

Accessibility Information:

The building is Wheelchair accessible.
There is an accessible bathroom with a height adjustable changing bed.
Jump Space has a parking area on site.

Trampolining and Rebound Therapy are unsuitable for those with the following conditions: pregnancy; rodded backs; dwarfism; brittle bones; detaching retina; certain heart conditions; positive AAI screening.
