Overview

Albion in the Community runs a weekly football session for adults with cerebral palsy. It takes place at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing on Monday nights between 8pm and 9.30pm.

The official charity of Brighton & Hove Albion FC, Albion in the Community has been running football sessions for people with a disability since 1997. It is now the area’s largest provider of football for people with a disability, giving more people than ever the chance to take part in both fun and competitive sport.

The charity runs mixed disability sessions which are fully inclusive and open to anyone with a disability, as well as a growing number of disability-specific sessions throughout Sussex. Each session is run by qualified coaches, each with experience of working with people who have a disability.

For more details on the charity’s local sessions and how to get involved call 01273 668590 or email: disability@albioninthecommunity.org.uk.
