Overview

Fully inclusive martial arts class at Shine Community Sports Hall in Henleaze, Bristol for all abilities and disabilities.

Classes undertaken by fully qualified, insured and DBS checked coaches with years of experience in catering for all disabilities.

Our classes offer training in various martial arts, this is done on a matted area. No matter your restrictions we can adapted so that you can join in!

Our sessions are designed to boost your fitness, confidence and self defence skills all whilst meeting new people.

We cater for ages 8+ and encourage family members to come and join in as well as friends. If you’re not sure, please feel free to come and watch or contact us.

Please come in leggings or board shorts, something not too restricting but baggy clothes will be unsuitable. A fitted t-shirt would be fine.

Your first lesson is free, there after it's £7.50 a session or £10.00 for 2 (friends and family rate).

No equipment required, please come in comfortable clothing ideally with no zips.

Access:

There is no steps to access the building, there is on street parking at this location. There are double yellow lines also which are fine for those with Blue Badges.

Currently there is no disabled changing facilities on site, there are some locally in the local costa and also Coffee#1
