Back on Track RUN AND TALK for MIND

This Back on Track Run is dedicated to support the 'Run an Talk' campaign that encourages runners (and beginner runners) to get together and talking about mental health. We hope you can join us for a shorter run (up to 5k) or a longer run approx. 10k on Sunday morning. Pace doesn't matter, we will run at a social chat pace and look forward to meeting local runners to spread the word about mental health. We are a very fun, social and supportive running group that welcomes anyone into the group. We are mainly women but men are very welcome to join. Over the last year we have taken many runners from zero to 5k, ran many Park Runs, some local 5Ks and 10Ks, some of us currently working to achieve a 10Miler/Half Marathon, achieved many PBs, joined fun runs such as Electric Run in London and got gritty at the Grim Challenge with a 8 mile obstacle mud run…but most of all, we are all still enjoying our weekly runs, have a natter or just some ME-Time. Simone who is leading the group is a certified qualified Running Coach, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with many years of experience. Everyone is welcome to join, bring friends and family along. We will finish with a well-deserved coffee at the Snooty Fox in Shalford.
