Our Foundation Women’s team have fantastic links with L.I.S.A (Lady Imps Supporter Association) with many of the team being fans of Lincoln City Fc and Lincoln City Women and this team gives them the chance to enjoy the game.
The team train once a week on a Saturday Morning 9-10 am and Thursday Evening and welcome anyone who wants to start playing football or get back into playing at a slower pace - the only condition is that you can’t run! The sessions are led by our fantastic coach who helps develop each player by increasing their fitness and tactical awareness of the beautiful game through drills, challenges and simply playing.
But the opportunity to play football, and the physical capability to do so, has traditionally enjoyed a limited shelf life whether that is due to injury, physical ability or lack of opportunity. Walking Football is changing that!
