UPPER BODY STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY - can help you strengthen your upper body to help you open jars, put on your coat, carry bags and safely reach into high cupboards. This home based exercise class is delivered via Zoom and designed to help active older adults who need to improve their upper body strength and flexibility. These upper body exercises can be done seated or standing and target wrists, arms shoulders and trunk muscles. Karen is a qualified personal trainer who has been helping older adults exercise since 2014. Use this lockdown to strengthen your arms and see your muscles and flexibility improve.
