This home based exercise class is delivered via Zoom and designed to help active older adults who need to improve their upper body strength and flexibility. These upper body exercises can be done seated or standing and target wrists, arms shoulders and trunk muscles. Karen is a qualified personal trainer who has been helping older adults exercise since 2014.
