Get Fit 4 Life



Gentle seated/standing session. Fabulous was to stretch and work at a gentler pace. After a little catch up we work on balance, strength and mobility. Definitely something to look forward to in the week. Space Required: Small amount of space around your chair. I do encourage standing at one point but if you want to keep seated that is fine. Equipment: Small weights such as tins or water bottles, scarf or resistance band plus chair.
