Yoga is for Everybody and Every Body. Chair Yoga gives you all the benefits of a more traditional yoga class without the up and down to the floor. As with all my classes, there are variations suggested throughout the class, so you can explore what is best for you on that day. There is the option to stand for part of the class for those who are able but everything can be practised seated if that is more appropriate for you. Please ensure that you have a stable chair without wheels (a dining chair without arms is ideal). Wheelchair users will find it most effective to engage the chair's brake.
