You are never too young to start Yoga! Our Hatha Flow Yoga classes are "feel good" Yoga classes for children. By moving their body through simple Asana Flows the children are setting their energy free and through breathing learn how to re-balance their energy and fell centred in the midst of life.

Come try rowing- you'll be taught technique by the coaches using the rowing machines and then given the opportunity to get out on the water and give it a go! We are a friendly rowing club always keen for new members! You will get a few taster sessions to see if its for you and if you love it you're welcome to join us!
Roll-up golf lesson for juniors ages 5-10. No need to book and enjoy half price balls during the lesson.
A friendly and sociable group walk. We walk in small groups, led by specially trained volunteers who are on hand to provide encouragement and support, and make sure no one gets left behind.
Open to everyone but are especially aimed at those who are less active.
We stop at cafï¿½ halfway through for refreshments, then walk back.
The walks are free and there is no need to book. Just turn up 10 minutes before the start time and the walk leaders will help you register.
We are a friendly club with a focus on inspiring children into the game of cricket, with the focus on fun and learning. We are a competitive club but children and their participation takes priority. We would be delighted to welcome any new players to our club. We train with our experienced, qualified coaches and very able assistants. All those involved in the Club are DBS checked (previously called CRB) and approved.

A brilliant introduction to Roller SkatingNew skaters/beginners, aged 4 upwards, are invited to join Rolladome with an introduction, to Learn to Skate. Where you will get assistance and guidance from our dedicated coaches and support staff, to enable you to learn the basics in skating by the end of the course. The goal of this program is to teach skaters the basics of skating with lots of fun and games along the way, whilst progressing quickly in an engaging class!

Parkrun is a free, weakly, 5 km timed run. They are open to everyone and takes place in pleasant park land surroundings.
