All abilities of swimmers are welcome, floatation aids or a helper in the water are allowed.

Races are over 10/25/50m in a variety of strokes and all swimmers take part in heats and handicapped finals. Medals are awarded to the top 3 in each finals and all swimmers will receive a certificate.
