We have club night every Monday, with three courts for two hours. We use feather shuttles. Matches are played on Sunday mornings 11am-2pm Visitors are welcome to attend 3 club nights before a decision of membership is necessary. Please e-mail or call to arrange a visit.
Quob Stables offers a variety of private lessons for every level and ability. Lessons can be booked within our open times (Weekdays: 9am-9pm, excluding Wednesdays, Weekends: 9am-7pm) Please bear in mind that we do ask for payment upon booking. If you are calling to book we do ask that you pay via credit/debit card over the phone.
This class is suitable for all ages and abilities as you can work at your own pace. The class includes a variety of cardiovascular and resistance work.

We are England's largest network of health walk schemes, helping people across the country lead a more active lifestyle. Our group walks are led by friendly, specially trained volunteers who are on hand to provide encouragement and support, and make sure no one gets left behind. Our walks are short and over easy terrain, and are open to everyone but are especially aimed at those who are least active.
Mum HIIT FIT is perfect for busy mums who want maximum results in a compact 45 minute class. The classes will push your fitness onto the next level with mummy friendly high intensity pelvic floor safe exercises - and you don't have to worry about childcare. We welcome children aged from 0 to 4 and their parents or carers.
Boxing based fitness sessions give a new and exciting take on boxing. We use top of the range punch tracks to record and log each workout, giving us accurate and detailed data for every client. All of this enables us to create exercises to help improve cardio, muscular and core strength.
