Does your child aspire to be the next Ninjago, Kung Fu Panda or Dragon Ball Z character? Why not give them a chance to see what they can do. We are currently offering a 4 week free trial until September 2018. So why not give a try for FREE.
We teach the children how to develop respect and confidence, learn how to avoid strangers and pick up basic self-defence, how to avoid dangerous situations and how to defeat a bully without fighting.
Parents of the children in our Mighty Matt's classes tell us what great changes we make to the lives of these children. To find out why contact us and come and see a Mighty Matts class in action and talk to parents about what their children get from the classes.
Classes are 30 minutes long and our instructors are especially trained to teach children of this age group. All of our confidence-building exercises help to develop hand-eye coordination and motor skills. Through our philosophy of positive reinforcement, and the interaction with instructors and children, your child will develop the security and confidence to accept separation from you, be more focused and attentive, and ready for the upcoming road ahead in school.

The Mini Marathon is the most fun your child will have whilst running 2.62 miles!
Taking place one week after the Virgin London Marathon on Sunday 29th April, the Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice Mini Marathon is a 2.62 mile sponsored run around Royal Greenwich Park.
With a big emphasis on FUN, there is no pressure for children to run the whole way - they can dress up in their favourite fancy dress to run, walk, jog and, most important of all, enjoy the brilliant experience of taking part in the Hospice Mini Marathon.
All funds raised will help support the work of the Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice.
There is a £7.50 per child registration fee which covers the cost of running the event so we do ask that children try to raise as much sponsorship as they can to support the work of the Hospice.
Every child will receive a special Mini Marathon medal and goodie bag at the end. Plus Bills Restaurant in Greenwich is very kindly offering 20% off all food to all Mini Marathon participants dinning between Friday 27th to Saturday 5th May. And there will be a prize draw for children who raise over £50 in sponsorship.
To register please visit www.communityhospice.org.uk or pick up a registration form at any Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice charity shop. For more information email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone the Fundraising Office on 020 8319 9230 (please note that we cannot accept registrations over the phone).
