Our regular sessions run twice weekly and cater for just about everyone and anyone regardless of physical or mental ability level. Members ages range from twenties to eighties and some enjoy purely social games and tea and chat, and some are more seriously competition focused; but we all benefit from the gentle exercise and mental stimulation that Boccia provides.

We train at Ashdown Track in Poole and are a big part of our local club Poole AC. We provide a wide range of Athletics suitable for every ability. Wheel Chair Racing and Seated Throws are just two of the activities our members train and compete in.
The Sheffield Steelkings Para Ice Hockey Club is the youngest team in the British Para Ice Hockey League. We are made up of male and female, able-bodied and disabled members. Para ice hockey is perfect for people with a lower-body impairment who are looking for a highly skilled, fast, physical team sport. We believe para ice hockey is for everybody and last year we were rewarded with a National Lottery Award for our work getting people playing the sport. Come and try the coolest game on ice!
The ISF is a proactive social initiative founded by myself, Manjit Singh Takhar, to address a need for a flexible, socially inclusive, activities group within the city of Leicester. Initially planned as a specific VI Futsal group, since 2015 the idea has evolved to include a range of developing range of skills-based activities, each promoted in the specific interest of the Foundation Clients. The I.S.Foundation is designed to provide an opportunity for anyone who finds appeal in the range of activities on offer at any time. The Foundation offers people individually the opportunity to expand their social health experiences within mutually supportive fun environments, taking part in a variety of sports and social pursuits. The idea has evolved to include a range of skills-based activities, each promoted in the specific interest of the Foundation Clients, irrespective of colour, race, or ability.
Dorset Abilities Group (DAG) run an Ability Counts football programme for people with disabilities and additional needs. The programme runs three different categories: adult male, adult female, and under 16s. The programme is open to all people with a disability and runs a weekly football session every Monday (except bank holidays), for men, women or young people who would like to engage in football and develop a lifelong love of sport. We play competitive football every month. We hope to help people develop a range of skills whilst keeping fit, having fun, meeting new friends and enjoying being part of a successful football team. Players of all abilities are always welcome!
