Harlow WCR is an inclusive , competitive wheelchair racing club. We currently have members from age 6-60 of all different abilities , ranging from first time racers to racers competing at an international level . The Head Coach is Paralympian Richard Chiassaro ,who delivers all training sessions and works with all athletes supporting them to achieve their individual goals . The club has a great community feel and everyone is welcome to come and give Wheelchair Racing a go !

Red Star is an athletics club founded in 1990 that primarily provides training and competitive opportunities for para athletes. Sessions are Monday/Thursday and all coaches are volunteers who are NGB qualified.

To inspire the next generation of young sports men and women to strive to be the best they can be. To enable those with disabilities or additional needs to participate in fun, social, physical activities. To provide opportunities for better lifestyle choices for teenagers and young adults. The clubs meet once a fortnight and are Norfolk Hares (Juniors) and Norfolk Pirates (Seniors). It's fun, a great workout and an opportunity to get together and play sport.
We are a recreational, fun trampolining club based in Stoke-on-Trent. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced bouncer, whether you want to learn trampolining itself or come to learn landing safely & somersaulting in other sports, old or young, able or disabled, you are welcome to come and trampoline with us. We have group sessions & private tuition available every week.
