We run a academy that is inclusive allowing all ages and abilities to take part. We have a reacrational group as well as a competitive group and we also do cater for small groups on a dedicated day to give more one on one and allowing the gymnasts to grow in confidence and to be able to perform routines to the best of their ability
Sailing on an enclosed former commercial dock in easy to learn and stable small sailing boats. Open to individuals and to organised groups. Novices to experts welcome. Coached by our experienced volunteers and progressing to independent sailing wherever this is practical. Participation in informal racing alongside our other sailors and volunteers on equal terms. We are fully inclusive and open to all.

We are a disabled waterski and wakeboard charity established in the 1970's and are open to all ages and disabilities, newcomers and volunteers always welcome!
At DISC we welcome children and adults with a disability and their families. We meet every Sunday at Towcester Centre for Leisure; the first & third Sunday 3pm - 5pm and all other Sundays 4pm - 5pm for swimming only. The usual pattern is 3pm - 4pm sessions in the sports hall such as trampolining, Boccia and football followed by swimming 4pm - 5pm.
Dorset Abilities Group (DAG) run an Ability Counts football programme for people with disabilities and additional needs. The programme runs three different categories: adult male, adult female, and under 16s. The programme is open to all people with a disability and runs a weekly football session every Monday (except bank holidays), for men, women or young people who would like to engage in football and develop a lifelong love of sport. We play competitive football every month. We hope to help people develop a range of skills whilst keeping fit, having fun, meeting new friends and enjoying being part of a successful football team. Players of all abilities are always welcome!
