An inclusive and holistic programme of Wellbeing Workshops for adults with additional support needs, including visual impairments. Our workshops focus on having fun, spending time with friends, increasing fitness levels, learning new skills, building confidence and feeling good about yourself. Experienced and professional workshop leaders offer Boxercise, Line Dancing, Exercise in Disguise and Wee Tea Dance (affiliated with ParaDanceUK). Get involved in whatever way you feel comfortable: moving around the room, remaining seated and displaying your personality. We run 1:1 climbing sessions with our range of volunteers helping to make it accessible for people of all abilities. Siblings welcome to join in too!
