Amlwch CC has a minimum age limit of 8 and strict conditions apply to under 16's we do not have a facility to transport equipment so parent/carers would have to transport kayaks via a roof rack. We do not provide personal canoeing clothing e.g. cagoules, wet suits, footwear etc. We paddle a variety of craft from sea kayaks, GP Kayaks and Opens ACC has the equipment for paddling i.e. paddles, buoyancy aids, spray decks but as per the above we are unable to provide personal clothing. Amlwch CC run 'Inclusive Paddling Sessions' at a local swimming pool and weather permitting at a local beach/bay details can be found on our Facebook Page prior to these sessions.
We run two football sessions Blind Football for anyone aged 18+, every Sunday from 1pm-2pm. And Partially Sighted Football, two age groups, 11-17 and 18+, every Sunday from 2pm-3pm.

Avon Sports & Leisure Club for the Visually Impaired meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 7.30pm at the Bristol County Sports Club 40 Colston Street Bristol BS1 5AE.The club was formed in 1979 to enable visually impaired (Blind or partially sighted) people to meet and support each other and to take part in sporting activities and or recreation. To this day it has been run by visually impaired people with support from friends and family as needed.

Short breaks away, Day trips, Theatre / cinema, Guided tours, Dining out, Quizzes, Dominoes, & Walking.
An inclusive and holistic programme of Wellbeing Workshops for adults with additional support needs, including visual impairments. Our workshops focus on having fun, spending time with friends, increasing fitness levels, learning new skills, building confidence and feeling good about yourself. Experienced and professional workshop leaders offer Boxercise, Line Dancing, Exercise in Disguise and Wee Tea Dance (affiliated with ParaDanceUK). Get involved in whatever way you feel comfortable: moving around the room, remaining seated and displaying your personality. Community centres used in Kirkintilloch, Knightswood Community centre (201 Alderman Road, G13 3DD) and Leithland Neighbourhood Centre (25 Kempsthorn Road, G53 5SR)

Our charity supports anyone who is registered with a visual impairment. We offer lots of sports and activities, as well as social clubs and home visits. Our tennis sessions are coach led and are accessible for all abilities. We welcome all adults, from those who want a laid back friendly knock around to those who want to battle it out in a match.
