We organise single sports days and multisport days across the country, as well as Introduction to Physical Activity and Sports workshops for over 18s and Fundamnetal Skills workshops for under 18s. We have created 30 resources and videos to support newly disabled individuals on their physical activity journey, these resources have been created with healthcare professionals and sports coaches to ensure that they are correct and relevant to amputees and individuals with limb impairments. All of our physical activities are run by qualified coaches and instructors, with experience of working with individuals with a physical disability.
