SEATED PILATES A low impact gentle Pilates class for those who prefer or need the support of a chair. Regular Pilates practise can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Pilates sessions designed for individuals who may need the support of a chair or use a wheel chair. No experience needed, there will be a 15 minute window at the end of the session for people to ask questions.
