Dance HIIT is a thirty minute HIIT class with a dance flavour. With such a short session we maximise our time by doing things like burpees, planks and press ups. All moves are provided with modifications so you can access the class at the level that suits you best. This means you can tailor each class exactly to your needs and capabilities. Good form of positioning is demonstrated and reminded about so that you can have a safe work out.

Gentle seated/standing session. Fabulous was to stretch and work at a gentler pace. After a little catch up we work on balance, strength and mobility. Definitely something to look forward to in the week. Space Required: Small amount of space around your chair. I do encourage standing at one point but if you want to keep seated that is fine. Equipment: Small weights such as tins or water bottles, scarf or resistance band plus chair.

A simple yoga based stretch class to release mind and body. Slow, focused movements such as cat/cow for spine release, side lying twists and thread the needle. Ease yourself into the day and release ready for the weekend with this mat based class
