Through our new Sunday Smiles Scheme we are providing free access to our exciting, friendly gym facilities every Sunday to local families who have children with additional needs. In order to participate children must be a minimum of 14 years old and attend the facility with a family member or carer. An introduction to the facility would take place on your first visit so you feel confident in using the equipment, so you get the most out of your sessions .

We meet every Sunday at Towcester Centre for Leisure; the first & third Sunday 3pm - 5pm and all other Sundays 4pm - 5pm for swimming only. The usual pattern is 3pm - 4pm sessions in the sports hall such as trampolining, Boccia and football followed by swimming 4pm - 5pm.
