New disability badminton at YMCA East Surrey. Sessions are every Sunday 11:00-12:30 and suitable for people with either a learning or physical disability. All sessions are led by a Level 2 Coach and sports wheelchairs are available.
Join us for a sociable health walk to increase your fitness, meet new friends and enjoy the local countryside on your doorstep, we also stop for refreshments afterwards. The walks are free and this route is one of our more challenging walks for people increasing their level of physical activity. This walk is between 45 – 90 minutes. Booking not required, please come along a few minutes before the start time to register.
A new opportunity for disabled players in the Manchester area to have fun and develop their footballing skills. Welcoming any disability the coaches will provide a safe area for players of all ages and disabilities to have a go at playing fun football games.
Every Sunday afternoon from 12pm-1pm, Cambridge United Community Trust run a kids pan-disabiity session for kids below the age of 9 at Impington Village College. All abilities are welcome - no previous football experience needed! All sessions are run by our award winning coach, Phil Mullen.
Aimed at men and women who want to play a very limited/no contact version of a fantastic sport. All sessions have a warm up followed by a number of short games with balanced ability teams.
