Duration – 1 ½ hours, walk grade - 3.5. Not everyone walks at the same pace! The Regular Walk is a social way to get fit and stay fit. It`s aimed at moderate paced walkers and above. After a warm up we will set off together and those that wish to walk fast can go ahead and at certain points we will gather together. This mixed ability Mat Pilates class is suitable for complete beginners or people wishing to continue to feel the benefits of Pilates. Exercises are adapted to suite all levels. Designed to improve flexibility and core stability, a balanced workout for the whole body. During classes we may use small equipment such as, foam rollers, resistance bands, weighted balls etc.
Finding Your feet walks in Finchingfield are short, friendly walks in countryside and along pavements. They offer an opportunity for walkers to take it at their own pace, giving them the chance to meet others whilst benefiting from being outside and supporting their physical and mental well-being. They meet every Friday at 10.00 on the green in Finchingfield and usually last 60-90 minutes. There will usually be someone to guide and support the group at each session
