Mixed ability. Equipment class using the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac Tower and Pilates Chair. This class uses the fundamentals of Pilates (improved posture, stability, flexibility and strength) and incorporates these into a higher intensity session using the Pilates equipment and small weights to strengthen, stretch and tone giving you that fabulous Pilates body – we may get a little sweaty in this class too!

Gentle Pilates allows the mind to relax, body to unwind, and to find a deeper connection between physical and emotional being through the use of linking movement and breath. This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.

This yoga class takes into consideration the level and ability of all attendees. Currently we have a lot of beginners and people with various different health conditions so we are taking it easy as we grow on our yoga journey. I will take you through yoga poses where we focus on the breath which really helps to open and heal the body. I also explain the alignment of each pose so you really get the most out of each pose to tone up, improve posture and let go of tension.
The Long Lane Terriers Womens Football Club provide regular weekly training sessions and playing opportunities for Disabled Women. The team currently train every week at the Waterfront Leisure Centre on Thursday evenings at 6.30pm
