For the foreseeable future, we are all being asked to play our part in minimising the impact of coronavirus through social distancing.
This means that in these unprecedented times, we will not be promoting group activities for the time being.
That said, we believe passionately that staying active can do so much to keep us happy and healthy.
With this in mind, we’re going to be sharing more home workout routines, such as this stretching and mobility video with Kris and using our social media accounts to share other useful resources from other organisations.
